Stocking all the vegetables including diced carrots, finely chopped garlic and ginger, green beans, green chilli, sliced onion, paired up with boiled noodles, soy sauce, salt, oil etc.

Coriander soup is one of the best sources of magnesium, dietary fibrous nutrients and iron.

  • Warm the stock to the point of boiling.
  • Include onions, lemon juice, salt, half of the coriander leaves and dark pepper.
  • Heat to the point of boiling and stew for a moment.
  • Place whatever is left of the coriander leaves in the soup bowls, pour soup over and serve.
